Pilot samples to ensure the manufacturing/industrial feasibility of your recipe. Organoleptic Testing is performed by our team of in-house experts. 3rd Party Certificate of Nutritional Analysis and Shelf Life Stability Study to ensure proper shelf life.

The world’s population is growing, and for many, the question of how we ensure an adequate food supply for all while sustaining our planet and natural resources is a crucial one. Fundamental to addressing the current global nutrition crisis is to deliver food that can guarantee delivery of adequate nutrients to people affected by all forms of malnutrition and the population as a whole. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), sustainable diets have a low environmental impact while contributing to food and nutrition security for our present and future generations.

In other words, sustainable diets should respect and protect ecosystems and biodiversity next to being culturally acceptable, affordable, accessible, safe, and healthy.

TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPES

Although Italy's chefs are known for being among the most adventurous, wacky, and downright wild in the world, sometimes nothing but the classics will do. Our Chef has a personal collection of traditional Italian recipes full of well-loved dishes, packed with bold and bountiful flavor.

We can teach you classic pasta dishes, from a traditional Bolognese ragù to Roman favorite spaghetti alla carbonara. As well as hearty stews like a classic pollo alla cacciatora recipe, we have daintier treats like Venetian baccalà mantecato or a delicious crunchy Sicilian cannoli recipe.

Pasta has been a staple of the Italian diet for well over a millennium and today there's no escaping pasta, wherever you go in the world. Whilst dried pasta is good for tossing in a starchy pasta sauce, sometimes only the silky elasticity of fresh pasta will do, whether it's in a steaming bowl of tortellini or a wonderful heap of glossy fettuccine.
